Q: "What is the difference between dry & moist Jerky?"
A: One is dry and one isn't, what kind of question is that?
The Moist Jerky has a more steak like texture and is cut much thicker. The Dry Jerky is thinner and closer to the traditional Jerky you may be used to.
Q: "What makes your Beef Jerky different? "
A: Everything! My small batch, hand crafted Beef Jerky is smoked in a real smoke house while most companies use liquid smoke. I DON'T use any soy, wheat, nitrates, nitrites or any other crap. I use Oregonian grass fed beef. I use all natural ingredients to make awesome flavors like Root Beer Habanero and Ghost Pepper Jerky. I can keep going.......
Q: "What type of beef do you use?"
A: Oregonian grass fed, grain finished beef.
Q: "Do you ship internationally?"
A: I can ship Nuts anywhere in the world but I can only ship Beef Jerky in the US. I am working towards international shipping but it is a long and winding road.
Q: "How spicy is your Ghost Pepper Beef Jerky?"
A: If you have to ask, it is too spicy for you. These Ghost peppers usually test over 1,000,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Unit). If you know what a Carolina Reaper is, than this is for you.
Q: "What type of Nuts do you use?"
A: We use different sizes of the highest quality Almonds from Ripon, California.
